KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify prospective candidates quickly and with high industry/function coverage, which includes, among others:
o using Internet, networking and other tools to identify candidates;
o assessing candidates’ competencies against position requirements through phone and personal interviews;
o collecting references and writing reports;
• Develop professional expertise and accumulate knowledge in a particular industry / function;
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Professional Background and Experience:
o Higher education;
o 1-4 years of experience in recruitment business, on in-house HR positions or in one of the following industries: FMCG/retail, banking and finance, logistics and transport, heavy industry, real estate and development;
• Key Competencies:
o Demonstrated erudition in general aspects of economics and business;
o Excellent ability to quickly acquire knowledge and information;
o Working capacity and readiness to work long hours; o Fluent English.
