Natalia received an MD (Cardiology), a PhD (Antibiotics) and an MBA (General management) from Taylor University/USA. Natalia also studied Leadership in Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government/USA.
Prior to joining Ward Howell Natalia was a Partner of European Institute for Leadership/Spain. She established and was GM in Russia of the Institute’s representative office, working the last 2 years in Spain.
Before that for more than 10 years Natalia was working in top American pharmaceutical companies in Russia and Switzerland in position of Medical Director in charge for Eastern European Countries Region and Russia. She headed pharmacovigilance working group and was co-chairman of Marketing Ethics Committee in AIPM.
