Since August, 1st, 2011 Alexander Davydov, Ella Sytnik and Olga Scherbakova became the Company’s Partners.
Alexander Davydov joined Ward Howell in 2003 and currently is a Head of Real Estate & Development practice. In 2009 Alexander was appointed Head of the Representative Office of Ward Howell in Kazakhstan.
Ella Sytnik heads Agro and Transport and Logistics practices. Ella works in the company since 2004 and, besides two practices, heads Research Department of Ward Howell.
Olga Scherbakova works in Ward Howell more than 10 years and is Head of Industrial practice. From 2006-2008 Olga was employed by the Italian office of one of the biggest executive search companies in the world – Spencer Stuart Management Consultants where she was responsible for the searches in Europe and worldwide for Italian, European and Russian companies.
