Olga Scherbakova

Olga has more than 10 years of experience in executive search industry. During her career Olga has successfully realized numerous CEO, director and senior management assignments both for international and for Russian companies.

Before joining Ward Howell in 2000, Olga spent four years working with Scala Business Solutions BV where she occupied various functions from the Human Resources Department to the Commercial Department where she was responsible for business development of Scala consultancy services.

From 2006-2008 Olga was employed by the Italian office of one of the biggest executive search companies in the world – Spencer Stuart Management Consultants where she was responsible for the searches in Europe and worldwide for Italian, European and Russian companies.
