Ilya Breyman

Ilya Breyman specializes in research in the area of public administration, human capital management systems development and talent equity consulting for non-profit organizations and government institutions. In addition to his consulting work, Ilya is one of the initiators of Ward Howell Talent Equity Institute, where he works as Institute Manager.

Ilya joined Ward Howell in 2006. Before that, Ilya was engaged in foreign policy and business and government relations research for major US research institutions (Brookings Institution, CERA).
