We help our clients to take control over their current and future leadership talent needs and to become developmental power-houses. Each of our interventions creates a unique internal developmental institution, which fits our client’s needs and circumstances. There are, however, some fundamental principles, which we found to be of universal value and which we apply in our work with clients: leadership and physical participation of key organizational stakeholders – business owners and CEOs; direct involvement of line managers in developmental work; combination of work, study and other developmental methods; strong emphasis on corporate values; early identification of talent; continuous follow up and evaluation of programs’ graduates.
