Ward Howell has launched its operations in Ukraine in 2004, and then the office was established in Kiev. That strategic expansion into CIS countries was supported by the company HQ to provide its services actively to the top-tier local, regional clients and local offices of international corporations.
Ward Howell Ukraine is successfully developing its three major service lines: Executive Search, Management Selection and Talent Development and Consulting. During the recent 3 years, we completed over 100 placements on top and middle management levels. Also, we provided several consulting projects for our clients.
As of today, our professional staff consists of 11 dedicated experts, among which there are Consultants with industrial expertise on managerial level, and Recruiters trained to execute the search projects fast and competently.
